Cherrycroft, Winchester, 2022 - 2027:

A 17th Century grade II listed linear farm cottage, in a conservation area in need of some restoration and internal modifications. The proposals look to reorganise the heart of the home to provide a new entrance lobby, kitchen and master bedroom. Works also include sensitive preservation works to the fabric of the home.

A feasibility study was carried out to test a number of options to get the best fit for the house and client to suit their brief requirements. Currently working on a Listed Building and Planning application with work due to start on site next year.
