Chawton Close, Winchester, 2025-2026: A retrofit and extension project for a couple who live in an existing 1970’s semi-detached house in Harestock.

The project looks to extend the existing house with a simple side extension with a new utility room with washroom and a new entrance lobby, front door and canopy to the front of the house. Thermal upgrades to the walls and roofs with replacement timber cladding to the existing house and a green roof to the garage.

Services included stage 2 Concept design, stage 3 Planning permission achieved and a successful stage 4 Building Regulations application and Pricing and Construction Information for the build and Stage 5 Site inspections.
