Southwark Street

Southwark Street, Allies and Morrison Architects Studio, London, £7m, 2003. During his time at AAM Keith managed the design and production information from stage 2 to Tender information for the external envelope and worked as project Architect from start on site to completion for a new bespoke headquarters studio building for AAM Architects. The studio has a striking north facing facade that reveals the inner workings of the building and people behind. The Facade faces Southwark Street with a cut-through entrance at ground floor containing a cafe on one side and the studio entrance on the other side, which provides access to four floors of studios and a roof top terrace above. RIBA regional and RIBA London Building of the Year Award, Civic Trust Award, BCO Corporate Workplace London & National Office of the Year Award and a Royal Fine Art Commission Trust Special Award for Offices 2004.
